How do I sign up?

1. Click Sign in on the top-right menu.


2. Log in with your Social account, or click Register (see step 3).


3. Enter your email and password, click to read the terms and conditions of use, and check the box.


4. Check the “I’m not a robot” box.

After registering an account and signing in successfully, users can start using the website immediately.

How to verify identity?

1. Click the Settings menu at the top-right corner next to your account name.


2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and click the Verify Identity button.


3. Fill in your personal details and upload a clear image of the front side of your valid national ID card.


4. Read the Terms of Use and the Personal Data Protection (PDPA) notice, then tick both checkboxes to confirm your consent.


5. Submit your identity verification request and wait for our team to review your information, which usually takes around 3–7 days.

*Identity verification is required for security purposes and to comply with personal data protection (PDPA) requirements.

How do I edit my profile?

1. Click the Settings menu at the top-right corner next to your account name.


2. On this page, you can edit your profile picture, first name, last name, and personal bio.


3. After you finish updating your information, click the Save button at the bottom-left corner of the page.

How do I change my password?

1. Click the Settings menu at the top-right corner next to your account name.


2. Scroll to the Change new password section and enter the new password you want to use.


3. In the Current password field, enter your existing password, then click the Save button. Your account will now use the new password.

Forgot Password

1. Go to the homepage and click the Sign in button at the top-right of the main menu.


2. Click the Forgot password? button.


3. Enter the Username or Email you use on our website, then click the Send email button.
   A password reset email will be sent to the address you provided. Click the link in that email and set a new password for your account.

Post a player request

If you are looking for players, you can post a player request directly on our website.

1. Sign in to your account.


2. Go to the Post a job menu at the top-right of the website.


3. Fill in all required details, including the title of your post (for example, “Looking for a box-to-box midfielder for tonight’s match”), your budget for hiring the player, the location of the match, and any additional description (such as date, time, pitch, competition name, and other important details).

How do I post my player profile to find jobs?

If you are a player looking for paid matches or gigs, you can create a profile and post a job-seeking ad on our website by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your account.


2. Go to the Find jobs menu at the top-right of the website.


3. If this is your first time posting a job-seeking ad, the system will show a Complete Profile page. Fill in your full name, location, hourly rate, and personal bio, then click the Save button.


4. Next, the system will ask you to fill in the details of your job-seeking post, including:
   – Your preferred playing position(s)
   – Uploading a profile photo or action photos
   – A post title (for example, “Looking for travelling football gigs”)
   – Your fee/rate and preferred location
   – Your preferred foot and age
   – Position details (for example: left-back, right-back, striker, left winger, etc. — you can list multiple positions you can play)
   – Additional description (for example: special conditions such as “only available for travelling tournaments” or “fee does not include transportation”)
   – A message for buyers (this message will be shown to buyers when they place an order; it is optional)


5. After filling in all information, read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy / PDPA notice, then tick the checkboxes to accept.


6. Click the Confirm button and wait for our team to review your post. Once it has been approved, your job-seeking post will be published on the website.

How do I submit my player profile to a player request?

If you are a player and want to send your profile and offer to a hirer, you can do it from the Find jobs menu by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your account.


2. Go to the top navigation bar and click the Find jobs menu.


3. Browse the job posts and click on a post you are interested in.


4. Click the Submit offer button. An offer form will appear where you can enter your proposed fee, service conditions, and any other details.
   You can also attach additional files such as certificates or your resume.


5. After completing all required fields, click Submit offer to send your proposal to the hirer.

Hire a player

If you want to hire a player, you can book them through our website by following these steps:

1. Find players from the Players page or the Services page.


2. Click into the player’s profile or their service page to view more details.


3. Click the Buy now button to start the booking.
   – You can read the player’s reviews on their service page.
   – Services that have passed identity verification will show a green checkmark badge.
   – If the player is currently accepting bookings, you will see the Buy now button.
   – If they are not accepting bookings, you will see the message “This player is not available for hire.”


4. After clicking Buy now, you will be taken to the Checkout page.
   Fill in your buyer details, address, and any other required information.


5. Once your details are complete, choose your preferred payment method.
   Please review the price and order details carefully before paying.
   Our website currently supports payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay), Google Pay, and PromptPay.


6. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, then tick the checkboxes to accept.


7. Click Place order and wait for the player to provide the service.
   – Your payment will not be released to the player until the service is completed and you confirm that the work has been done.
   – After the service is completed, you can leave a rating and review for the player.
   – If the player does not provide the service as agreed, you can request a refund.*
   
   *Refunds are subject to the website’s refund policy and terms.

Messaging

Hirers and players can send messages to each other through two places: the player’s profile page and the player’s service page.

1. Go to the player’s profile page or their service page. You will see a Send message button.


2. After clicking Send message, a message box will appear. You can type your message and optionally attach files.


3. Click the Send message button to send it. (You can only send messages to players who currently have their service available for hire.)


4. Your conversation history will be stored under the Messages section in the dropdown menu under your username at the top-right. You can view and reply to messages from there.

Map search

You can use the location filter and map to find players near your pitch or in a specific province. Simply type the area you are looking for into the Location search field, which is available on the homepage, the Players page, and the Services page.

Premium & featured

You can subscribe to a package to boost your job posts or player profile, based on the benefits shown on the package page.

1. Click the Premium membership menu at the top of the website.


2. On the Premium membership page, select the membership type you want.
   By default, every account starts as a Free account.
   Currently, there are two options:
   – Free account: Access to basic features such as posting jobs, searching for players, and other standard functions.
   – Premium package (1 month, 200 THB per month): Your player job posts will be marked with a star and highlighted on the homepage, and your profile will display a Pro badge.


3. After selecting a package, you will be redirected to the payment page.
   Fill in your buyer details and any required information, review your order and price carefully, then choose your preferred payment method. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, and tick the checkboxes to accept them.


4. Click Place order. Your account will receive the Premium benefits immediately.

How to pay and Payment methods

You can choose from the following payment methods: Credit/Debit cards (Amex, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay), Google Pay, and PromptPay.

Payment steps

1. Go to the player’s profile or the player’s service page you want to hire.


2. Click the Buy now button. The Checkout page will be displayed.


3. Fill in your buyer details and any additional information, then review your items and services carefully.


4. Select your preferred payment method and enter your payment details.


5. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, then tick the checkboxes to accept.


6. Click Place order to confirm your payment.

Platform fees

The platform charges a service fee of 15% on the player’s earnings only. Hirers are not charged any additional service fee.
The applicable fee rate is specified in the Terms of Service and may be updated in accordance with the platform’s policies.

Example:
A hirer books a player for 100 THB and pays the full 100 THB amount.
The platform deducts a 15% service fee (15 THB) from the player’s earnings.
As a result, the player receives 85 THB in their wallet.

Refund policy

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the platform’s refund policy and terms of service. Our team will review each case based on the evidence and the details of the booking. In general, hirers may be eligible for a full or partial refund in situations such as:

1. The player cancels the service or fails to show up at the agreed date, time, and location without reasonable prior notice.


2. A force majeure or unexpected event occurs that makes the match impossible to play, such as a cancelled competition, sudden pitch closure, or severe weather (for example, heavy rain making the pitch unusable).

*The exact conditions, time limits for submitting refund requests, exceptions, and other details are governed by the full Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions published on the website.

Withdraw

How do I request a payout?

1. Go to the top-right menu where your username is shown, then click Dashboard.


2. In the top-left corner of your Dashboard, click the Request a Payout menu.


3. On the Request a Payout page, enter the amount you want to withdraw and select your payout method (currently there are 2 options: Bank account and PromptPay).
   Then fill in all required payout details, such as account name, account number, and bank name.


4. Click Send OTP to Email, then check your email for the OTP code. Enter the 6-digit code into the Enter 6-digit code field and click Verify.


5. After the OTP is verified, click the Confirm button to submit your payout request.
   Then wait for our team to review your request. Payouts are processed on the following schedules:
   – If you request a payout between the 1st and 14th of the month, your payout will be received on the 15th of that month.
   – If you request a payout on or after the 15th, your payout will be received on the 30th of that month.

If you experience any payment issues, please record all relevant details clearly, attach your proof of payment, and contact our support team at contact@parttime-football.com. Our team will review your case and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Safety guidelines

• Use the platform’s messaging system to discuss and confirm all job details (date, time, pitch, and payment terms).


• Avoid making payments outside the platform, and do not transfer money directly to players without using the platform’s payment system.


• Carefully review the player’s profile, history, and ratings/reviews before confirming a booking.


• Do not share sensitive information such as passwords, OTP codes, credit card numbers, or ID card copies via chat.


• Keep records of all important information related to the booking and payment, such as chat messages, order details, and receipts.


• If you notice suspicious behavior or encounter problems with a booking, contact our support team at contact@parttime-football.com so we can investigate.

Report abuse

If you encounter issues with a service or notice inappropriate behavior, you can report it through either of the following channels:

• Click the Report this service button on the service page.
  A report form will appear where you can describe what happened, the issue you faced, and any relevant details.
• Send an email with the details to contact@parttime-football.com, including clear information such as the service link, player profile name, date and time of the incident, and any supporting evidence (for example, screenshots or chat logs).

*Providing detailed information helps our team review and respond to your report more quickly and accurately.
